GAPSS/CLASS Keys

Did you know that the Cobb County Board of Education has approved the Classroom Teacher Performance Assessment System (CLASS Keys) for the 2009/2010 school year? The CLASS Keys is an evaluation system that has been developed to support the standards-based classroom and replaces the Georgia Teacher Observation Instrument. It’s Math-tastic!

8^th Grade math teachers at McClure Middle School collaborated and developed an engaging and innovative unit review plan.  Students spent a week rotating to different math classes where teachers had prepared cooperative learning experiences that targeted specific academic topics.
